ICARUS successfully completes RV2 review meeting with the European Commission

The ICARUS consortium successfully held the RV2 meeting with the European Commission on 11 March at the DLR-MORABA premises.

This review marked an important checkpoint in the project’s roadmap toward the Critical Design Review (CDR) and provided the opportunity to present the progress achieved since the Preliminary Design Review (PDR).

Key Highlights of the RV2 Meeting

During the meeting, the consortium presented a comprehensive overview of:

  • The current project status, highlighting the progress achieved compared to the PDR baseline;
  • The key milestones and achievements expected within the current year, in preparation for the upcoming CDR;
  • The status of open and closed actions from the PDR, with particular attention to critical aspects and risk mitigation measures.

All partners contributed to the review, showcasing the most relevant technical and programmatic advancements across the different work packages.

The RV2 meeting confirmed the continued technical maturity, system consolidation, and technology development progress achieved by the ICARUS consortium.
